  • By booking with us, you avoid paying commissions to platforms that are not taxed in our region. 
  • We will be flexible if you need to cancel due to circumstances beyond your control: If your flight is cancelled, you fall ill or another circumstance beyond your control arises, and the free cancellation period has already expired, we will give you options for your specific case so that you do not lose your money.
  • You will receive discounts based on the length of your stay if you are a repeat customer: If you stay with us again, we will send you a discount voucher for your next stay.
  • You will receive more personalised attention... without intermediaries or the intervention of a platform between you and us.
  • You will be supporting our business and the local economy: By booking with us, you are supporting local businesses and contributing to Tenerife's economy.

If you are within the free cancellation period, we encourage you to convert it into a direct booking.

Cancel your booking on the platform and make a new one through our website. You will see that the price shown on our website for the same dates is at least 7% lower than the price on the platform.

What are our payment terms?

To confirm a booking on our website, you will be asked to pay 100% of the price of your stay by bank card.

You should bear in mind the following:

Deposit: Reservations made on our website require a deposit of €100, which is added to the reservation.

Refund: we will automatically process it 7 days after your departure, provided that no major cleaning deficiencies or damage, whether structural or to the contents, are detected that go beyond those caused by normal use of the facilities.

2. What is our cancellation policy?

  • 15-day cancellation policy: this applies to bookings made on our website. This means that if you cancel your booking more than 15 days before your arrival date, we will refund the full amount you have paid us.

      • 1.9% + EUR 0.25 if the refund is made to a VISA or MasterCard commercial, corporate or company card from an EU country + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
      • 2.5% + €0.25 if the refund is made to the United Kingdom.
      • 3.25% + €0.25 if the refund is made to any other country not mentioned above.
  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to the date of arrival will receive 80% of the amount minus the commission applied by our payment gateway. Stripe.com –

    If your transport to the island is cancelled 15 days or less before your arrival, or if you suffer from a justified illness that prevents you from travelling, we will assess your case individually and refund you 100% (rather than just 80%) of the amount, minus the commission charged by our payment gateway.
