Save on fees charged by other platforms, and support local businesses and sustainable tourism.

We refund 100% of the booking if cancelled more than 14 days in advance. And 90% if cancelled more than 5 days in advance. 

We use the Stripe gateway for card payments only. Refunds (when applicable) are made through the same platform.

To make a booking, select the dates in the box on the right and the number of people, then click on ‘Book now’. This will take you to the screen where you can enter your details and pay. Don't forget to add the deposit and the extra charge if there are 3 people!

Check-in: from 4 p.m. onwards.
Check-out: until 12 noon.

You can enter the house with a code, but we are always in contact and nearby if you need help with anything.

We usually respond to emails promptly. During your stay, you will also have our telephone number for emergencies. 

Spanish, English and German

Normally, if we are notified in advance, we have no problem with this. As long as we are notified and the cleaner can do their job without any issues. 

We have high-speed fibre optic broadband.

The closest airport is Los Rodeos, in the north, but international flights usually arrive in the south, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the house.
