The base price of the booking is for two people. We add €10 per night for a third person. If you are booking for 3 people, please add the same number of units as the number of days you are booking. (Example: if you book five nights, add this extra charge five times). Thank you!

Deposit: Reservations made on our website require a €100 deposit, which is added to the reservation. Refund: We will automatically process the refund 7 days after your departure, provided that no major cleaning issues or damage, whether structural or to the contents, are detected that go beyond those caused by normal use of the facilities. Why you must add it and why we charge it separately: This way, the deposit is recorded separately from your booking, making the transaction more transparent and the refund process easier and more straightforward. If we do not receive this extra charge together with the payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled and we will refund the full amount of the booking.
